How to set up your Matches

Before you can set up matches, be sure you’ve register with us and joined a the League.
The day before the Round begins, we will send you the contact details of the players you compete with.

To set up matches, we suggest:

Text to other player as soon as you can, suggesting times you are available. You can do this also by phone call.
Play your match as soon as possible to avoid a last minute scramble to get your matches played.
Save your opponents’ contact details in case you are late to a match or have to reschedule at the last minute.

Keeping things friendly

Try to respond to requests for matches as soon as you can, even if you’re unavailable.
Agree on the venue and time available for the match beforehand (if you can only play for an hour, be sure to let them know. You can continue matches at a later date).
If you need to reschedule a match, to avoid a walkover, ensure you let your opponent know with at least 24 hours notice.
